If you need changes, updates, or assistance related to your site, support is provided directly within the scope of this service. This setup is intentionally streamlined to reduce complexity, avoid unnecessary downtime, and keep your online presence dependable.

In limited cases, assistance may be provided during setup to help ensure a domain is in place so the website can launch. Domain ownership is always intended to belong to the artist.
After subscribing — or being approved through the Open Chair — you’ll receive simple instructions outlining the next steps. This includes connecting your domain and providing the information needed to design your one-page artist website.

Yes. Studio Credit can be applied toward Artist Web Hosting, The Control Room, or any other eligible service offered by One Horse Town Studio.
Yes. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previously paid fees. Once canceled, hosting and maintenance services will be discontinued after the billing period ends.
If your subscription ends, hosting and maintenance will be discontinued. You’ll be given reasonable notice to make arrangements for your domain or website content before service termination.
